We have EVERYTHING for the Rug Hooker, Knitter, Oxford Punch, Russian Punch, Needle Felting and More (check our New Items/Classes Page) for More information!

For every holiday we have different Primitive decor, feather trees you can leave out all year round! Table linens, purses and banners that look old but are made to be used and all reasonably priced--most purses are under $20.00

Our Gourmet Food selection is just wonderful--we had A La Carte Alice, a Made In Mississippi, gourmet with everything from White Chocolate Raspberry Cheeseball to Mississippi Gumbo.

Plus we carry Stonewall Kitchen products---Lisanne will give you recipes and suggestions to make wonderful items without a lot of fuss! To finish out the gourmet food line we carry Robert St. John's Seasonings and the best wine sauces around!

Our latest line is Bauble LuLu--great glass beads to fit your Pandora, Troll or Biagi Bracelet! Stop in and let Lisanne color plan a bracelet, necklace or earrings for you. Our beads are only $5.75 per bead!

P is for Primitive is also please to carry a full line of jewelry by fellow Craftsmen's Guild member, Lil McKinnon-Hicks.

Our pottery is Fingerprint Pottery, also Mississippi artists. Great colors and selection!

Also a selection of Antiques and Collectibles--remember our Motto is we do not like to dust. . . so you get the bargains!

In addition, you can find the perfect hook—from beginners to Sterling Silver to Hartman to Miller pencil to custom designed and more! We have a wide selection of frames in different sizes plus Ron can make you one to accommodate your needs. At the P you will find Pro Chem dyes as well as Lisanne’s custom dyed wools. Lisanne has a complete catalog of patterns and can help you color plan or design any rug to meet you needs!

Yarns, Threads, Knitting & More!

At the P we shop to bring you different, AFFORDABLE quality yarns, threads and floss. We proudly sell FEZA yarns from Turkey, Bartlett’s yarn from Maine, Sock Yarns as well as wide selection of hand dyed yarns for that special project.

We stock a wide range of needles with almost all under $10 per pair. We carry the steel knitting needles, bamboo and so much more.

Looking for a different thread—we carry a complete line of thread for appliqué, Russian Punch, etc from Portugal in wonderful colors as well as the 100% wool Aurifil Thread from Italy (great for Russian punch and wool quilts)

Plus we stock everything you need for Russian Punch Needle and Oxford Punch!
